Stone Temple Pilots have been a great band that has always won the love and support of their fans since the release of the first album in 1992. Although their music was frequently compared with grunge and hard rock in their first years, they managed to create their sound with the interaction of psychedelic rock, bossa nova, classical rock and indie genres. The band had to face with danger of disbanding from time to time due to various troubles. After the devastating loss of their previous two tremendous and talented vocals, the band took its final form with Jeff Gutt joining the trio of Dean DeLeo, Robert DeLeo and Eric Kretz. In their 30-year career, they have managed extensive tours, big concerts, top hits, and successful albums and won many MTV Awards and Grammy Awards for Best Hard Rock Performance. Stone Temple Pilots has hit songs that everyone knows such as Plush, Interstate Love Song, Big Empty, Trippin’ on a Hole in a Paper Heart, and Sour Girl.
