Guaco is a Venezuelan band that was formed in Maracaibo by a group of young students in 1968. Guaco has performed their songs blended with tropical music and salsa, pop music, jazz, funk, and even rock and roll and vallenato rhythms since 1968. Guaco won many awards in tropical music video and Latin music branches in the 2000s, including the Latin Grammy.
