ENTRY
- All guests: Enter through main entrance on 44th St.
- VIP Early Entry into Venue: 5:30 pm doors . VIP comes with early entry into the venue and an exclusive merchandise gift from the artist.
- All other ticket holders: 6:30 pm doors
- Show time: 8:00 pm
MERCH
- Early Merch Sales: 12pm-4pm
- Purchased in our lobby and then guests will exit the building.
- Guests will not be allowed down into the theater at this time.
- Merch will still also be sold throughout the event after the 5:30pm doors until the end of the show.
PHONE FREE EXPERIENCE
- This event will be a phone-free experience. Use of phones will not be permitted in the theater space.
- Phones will be secured in individual Yondr pouches that will be opened at the end of the event. Guests maintain possession of their devices at all times.
- Phones can be accessed throughout the event only in designated Phone Use Areas within the venue. All devices will be re-secured in Yondr pouches before returning to the performance space.
- Please note that once phones are placed into Yondr bags, you may no longer be able to use apple pay or other tap-to-pay services on your phone. You will have an opportunity to purchase merch at our early merch sales, and before entering the theater space prior to your phone being placed into a Yondr bag.
COAT CHECK and PERMITTED ITEMS
Coat check is $5 per item, cash or card. Any item deemed by security to be too large or dangerous must be coat checked and can be retrieved at the end of the show.
PERMITTED ITEMS
- Light sticks ARE ALLOWED in the venue (no glow sticks or staffs)
- Bags no larger than 9”x9”x5”

- Cameras of any kind are NOT ALLOWED into the venue for this show.
